Turns the temperature control On or Off during a batch run.

LowerLimit

Depends on the component

Sets the minimum temperature for Nominal and StandbyNominal parameters.

Nominal

Depends on the component and UpperLimit and LowerLimit parameter settings.

Sets the target value of the temperature control during a batch run and activates the Ctrl control parameter (Ctrl = On).

StandbyCtrl

On, Off

Turns the temperature control for standby mode On or Off.

StandbyNominal

Depends on the component and UpperLimit and LowerLimit parameter settings.

Sets the target value of the temperature control for standby mode and activates the StandbyCtrl control parameter (StandbyCtrl = On).

Status
