Other Special Detector Commands
Property |
Description |
AutoActivateUV_Lamp |
If set to On, the deuterium lamp is automatically turned on upon power-up. Values: On, Off (default) |
AutoactivateVisible_ |
If set to On, the Tungsten lamp is automatically turned on right after power-up of the detector. Values: On, Off (default) |
Autozero
|
Performs Autozero. The command is performed immediately, when issued manually, or at a Program time <0.000 min. With a program time of 0.000, the command is performed before the injection program; with a program >0.000, the command is performed at this program time. |
DemoFileName |
File name of the demo file. (May contain %d that will be replaced by the sample number) |
Scan |
Records an absorbance spectrum. Use the ScanStartWvl and ScanEndWvl parameters to define the wavelength range to be scanned (190-600 nm). The ScanStepSize defines the step size for the scan (1 ... 10 nm). |
ScanBaseline |
Records an intensity spectrum of the baseline (blank spectrum). Use the ScanStartWvl and ScanEndWvl parameters to define the wavelength range to be scanned (190-600 nm). The ScanStepSize defines the step size for the scan (1 ... 10 nm). The baseline spectrum is saved in the detector's memory. |
UV_Lamp
|
Reports the state of the deuterium lamp. Values: On, Off (default) |
UV_LampRequired
|
If set to On: The detector is not ready for operation if the deuterium lamp is off. Values: On, Off (default) |
Counters
The values are read from the module on connect.
Property |
Description |
ReferenceDiodeExposure |
Counter of the reference diode exposure. Set the UpperLimit to 0 to disable the associated limit test. |
SampleDiodeExposure |
Counter of the sample diode exposure. Set the UpperLimit to 0 to disable the associated limit test. |
UvLampIgnitions |
UV lamp ignition counter. Set the UpperLimit to 0 to disable the associated limit test. |
UvLampAge |
Total burn time of the UV lamp [h] Set the UpperLimit to 0 to disable the associated limit test. |
UvLampOntime |
Burn time of the UV lamp since the last time it was turned on. Set the UpperLimit to 0 to disable the associated limit test. |
UV Calibration Commands
Property |
Description |
Adjust_Calibration |
Adjusts the wavelength calibration using the absolute deviations determined by the test. |
Test_Calibration |
Performs a wavelength calibration test as described in the Agilent VWD Detector Reference Manual. You need to remove the flow cell before executing this command. In addition, the UV lamp must be on. |
