Dialog Box:
About Chromeleon Client
This dialog box displays the following information about the Chromeleon client:
Version Number
Serial Number
Tip:
If no serial number is displayed, either a floating license is being provided by the license server or the system cannot find the license (Dongle, PAL Plug-in Board, or License Server). In this case, verify that the dongle, PAL, or license server was installed correctly. Also, make sure that the corresponding option is selected on the License tab page in the Server Configuration program (Server properties).
The dialog box lists the available features and indicates whether the feature is enabled (On), disabled (Off), or not available (n/a), or whether it can currently be used in Evaluation Mode (Eval) only. For the Timebases Class <n> license, the list indicates the number of supported timebases. For Concurrent Clients, the list indicates the maximum number of clients that can run concurrently on one PC.
For details about the server and client features listed below, refer to Chromeleon Licenses.
