Commands and Tips for Third-Party Devices
Agilent 1100 HPLC System: Refractive Index Detector

In addition to the standard detector commands (see Commands for Controlling Dionex Devices  Dionex Detectors) and the general commands for the 1100 HPLC systems (see  Agilent 1100 HPLC System: General), the following commands and properties are available (please note that the display Filter level determines which commands and properties are displayed):

Command

Description

Autozero

Performs Autozero. When issued manually, the command is performed immediately; otherwise, it is performed at a Program time <0.000 min. With a program time of 0.000, the command is performed before the injection program; with a program time >0.000, the command is performed at this program time.

Positive (0),
Negative (1)

Read periodically from the detector

Polarity of the signal output

Purge

Off (0), On (1)
