Agilent 1100 HPLC System: Properties and Restrictions of the Refractive Index Detector

Supported properties

Chromeleon supports the following detector properties:

• Digital data acquisition

• Temperature control of the optical unit

• Flow path control

• EMF (Early Maintenance Feedback) counter providing information about how long liquid is in the reference cell

Restrictions

Chromeleon does not support the following detector features:

• Data acquisition with six additional channels, such as Diode 1 signal, Optical unit temperature, and Polarity

• Editing of the Error method

• Refractive index calibration

• External contacts

• Integrated DAC (digital/analog converter) test

• Integrated test chromatogram
