Rack

Many Autosamplers and Fraction Collectors provide a choice of racks to meet individual capacity and vial number requirements. For optimum operation, you have to specify the rack installed in the autosampler in the Server Configuration program.

Rack Preview

For Dionex Autosamplers, you can view an illustration of the sample rack for any sequence. For details, refer to  Rack Preview.

Sample Termostatting

Some autosamplers, such as the Dionex WPS-3000T and ASI-100T autosamplers,  provide rack cooling. For more information, refer to  Controlling the Sample Temperature.

Fraction Collector

Trigger Commands are used during the analysis to define when the fraction collector starts collecting the next fraction. Fraction collection control depends on many factors, and is very complex. For more information, refer to  Collecting Fractions.
