Displaying Calibration Curves

Chromeleon displays the Calibration Curve calculated from the Calibration Points in the Calibration Curve window. The Calibration tab page of the Report allows you to display the calibration data of the peaks of the active chromatogram.

Select the peak for which to show the calibration curve in the chromatogram. In addition, you can select Next Peak or Prev. Peak on the context menu (right mouse button) to display the calibration curve of the next or previous peak.

You can adapt the calibration and the display of the calibration curve. For details, refer to

To display the amount calculation lines

Click Decoration on the context menu. On the Options tab page, select the Draw response/amount quantification lines of current sample check box. For the selected sample, the lines that define the amount that is indicated by the calibration function are shown. Compare the amount to the known actual amount to check the deviation of the calibration for this sample.

To define axis scaling and description

Click Decoration on the context menu. Use the Scale and Frame & Axes tab pages to determine the axis scale and define the display and decoration of the axes, frames, and grids, respectively.

To define colors

Click Decoration on the context menu. Use the Colors tab page to determine the colors of the calibration curve elements.
