Commands and Tips for Third-Party Devices
Agilent G1888 Network Headspace Sampler: Miscellaneous

Injection Volume

The currently installed loop volume must be used as injection volume, i.e., 1 or 3 ml.

Missing vials

When detecting a missing vial, the sampler does not stop the sequence. It sends a warning and sets the status of the missing vial from "Preparing" to "Interrupted". After that, the sequence is continued.

Aborting a batch

When aborting a batch, the current headspace sequence will be stopped and the vials already in the oven will be returned to the tray.

Monitoring and reporting the preparation process

Chromeleon can provide information about the currently occupied oven position and corresponding vial numbers. The expert level properties VialInOven01-12 and RemainingTimeInOven01-12 allow monitoring of the vial positions and remaining time in the oven.
