Channel:

Click the arrow and select the channel from the drop-down list for which you want to check the amount of the target compound.

Threshold:

Enter an absolute value for the threshold. If the amount of the target compound is below the threshold value, the mass of the target compound is not sufficient. If the count value exceeds the threshold value, the amount of the ion of interest is sufficient. The condition is fulfilled.

You may click the {..} button to open the Select Result Formula dialog box and select a variable from the listed Report-Categories.
