Displaying and Using Trend Plots

To open the trend plot, first open a sample to display the Integration window (see Opening a Sample), and then select Show Trend on the View menu or click the following icon on the Method toolbar.

The initial trend plot displays the trend variable and other plot properties defined by the settings in the current Report Definition File.

To plot a different trend variable, right-click on the plot and select Trend Variable from the context menu.
To change the plot appearance or other plot properties, right-click and select Decoration from the context menu.
An asterisk (*) indicates the data point of the sample currently displayed in the Integration window. To display the chromatogram of a different sample, double-click the sample’s data point.
