Defining System Suitability Tests
Chromeleon offers a number of predefined System Suitability Test (SST). It also offers a Wizard to help you customize the predefined tests and to create new SST tests. In this section all the Wizard pages and system suitability test parameters (conditions) are explained.
Tip:
In order to perform a System Suitability Test, enter the QNT File into the sample list before you start the analysis. If you start the analysis before the QNT File has been entered, the test is not performed during the batch run. Thus, the Batch cannot be aborted in case of Fail Action - Abort Batch.
To open the SST Wizard
Go to the SST tab.
Each test is defined on a separate line. To append additional lines to the table, select Insert Line from the context menu or press the down arrow key from the bottom line.
The SST Wizard will guide you through all additional steps.
