Working with Files, Databases, and Networks

The Browser serves to manage, copy, move, and delete chromatographic data and files. For information about the Browser, refer to Data Management  The Browser in the User Help section. For information about actions that the user can perform in the Browser, refer to How to:  Creating and Managing Files and Data in the User Help section.

 Caution:

The Browser functions and structure are similar to those of the Windows Explorer. However, do not confuse the Browser with the Windows Explorer. Do not use the Windows Explorer for operations within Chromeleon datasources.

Other actions, such as setting up and connecting a Datasource or performing Operational Qualification, are usually performed by the system administrator. For more information, refer to:
