Description:

The EmWavelength parameter sets the measuring wavelength. To be able to measure the light emitted by the substance, set the fluorescence detector exactly to the corresponding wavelength.

Function:

If a substance is fluorescent, it emits light at a specific wavelength range. You can measure the Fluorescence with a fluorescence detector that is set to the respective emission wavelength maximum. Select the EmWavelength parameter to enter the emission wavelength.
