Example 1: |
F{frac.number} ({frac.tube(1).position}-{frac.tube(frac.nTubes).position}) generates the following label: F4 (8-11) This means: The label belongs to the fourth fraction. The numbers in parentheses indicate that this fraction was collected in tubes 8 to 11. |
Example 2: |
You may also label individual tubes inside and/or outside of fractions. For this you have to place the context specifier {@tube} in front of the label formula: {@tube}{tube.position("Tray Position")} The formula above may generate the following label: BA5 This means that the label belongs to the tube on tray position BA5. |
Example 3: |
In addition, it is possible to label tubes and fractions independently of each other by combining the context specifiers {@tube} and {@frac} within a single formula: {@frac}F{frac.number} {@tube}T{tube.position} This formula may generate the following fraction label: F3 and the following tube label: T5 The label will thus identify tube no. 5 within the third fraction. |
Label Font
Label Font indicates the font used for fraction labels. Click Change to change the size, font style, and the font.
Label Elevation and Alignment
Enter the angle with which to display the fraction labels in the chromatogram. The valid range extends clockwise from 90 degrees (vertical) via 0 degrees (horizontal) to -270 Grad (vertical again).
Under Horizontal and Vertical Alignment, use the first field to determine the horizontal alignment. Use the second field to determine the vertical alignment. For the horizontal alignment, select Left, Center, or Right. For the vertical alignment, select Top, Center, or Bottom.
