Determine which Autopurification samples are displayed:

This tab page is disabled if you have selected an Arrangement other than Extended Fractionation on the Comparison tab page.
Analytical samples |
Select the Overlay analytical sample check box to display the original analytical sample. (Note: This check box is selected by default.) Select the channel(s) to display: Either click the arrow next to the Channel(s) field and select a channel from the drop-down list or click the Browse button ("…") to open the Select Channels to be Overlaid dialog box. Use this dialog box to select several channels. (The default setting for the Channel(s) field is <Preferred Channel>.) |

Preparative samples |
Select the Overlay preparative sample check box to display the preparative sample. (Note: This check box is selected by default.) Select the channel(s) to display as described above. |

2D retention map |
Select the 2D retention map check box to display the 2D data of the fractionated sample. (Note: This check box is cleared by default.) Select the channel to display as described above. |
