Disconnecting a Datasource
You can disconnect a Datasource at any time:
Open the Browser and select Datasources… on the File menu. The Datasource Manager dialog box appears.
In the Datasource Manager dialog box, select the datasource from the list box and click Disconnect.
In this way, e.g., the system administrator can prevent the client from accessing a specific datasource.
Note:
To disconnect a datasource, you can also select the Dismount Datasource command on the context menu. For more information about the Mount Datasource… and Dismount Datasource commands, refer to How to: Creating and Managing Files and Data Datasources on Removable Media in the User Help section.
