UPPER

Description

UPPER changes the characters in the specified string to uppercase characters.

Syntax

UPPER ( text )

Parameter	Description
text	Any string.

Remarks

Numeric characters in the string are not changed.

Examples

This function returns 3RD QUARTER:

UPPER("3rd Quarter")

This function returns JOHN DOE:

UPPER("JOHN DOE")
