QNT Methods

Changing the column arrangement is considered a change to the Quantification Methods. This is impossible if the user does not have the ModifyQNT privilege. Thus, it is useless to enable the CustomizeColLayoutQNT privilege if the ModifyQNT privilege is disabled.

Spectra Libraries

Adding or deleting spectra is considered a change to the Spectra Library. This is impossible if the user does not have the ModifyLIB privilege. Thus, it is useless to enable the AddLibSpectra and/or DeleteLibSpectra privileges if the ModifyLIB privilege is disabled.
