Description:

Reference spectra are used for substance identification. A reference spectrum can be chosen for each peak. Such spectra are acquired with the Chromeleon DAD license.

Identifying peaks by means of peak tracking can be enabled via input in the Window column. In the corresponding F8 dialog box (press the F8 key or double-click the Window column), select the Spectrum or Spectrum and time option of the Peak Match group.

Function:

Peak tracking is performed (limited to the specified time window in the case of Spectrum and time) using the reference spectra in the corresponding column. (For more information, refer to Integrating Chromatograms and Identifying Peaks  Peak Tracking.)

 Tip:

Spectra acquisition is possible with the DAD license only.
