Description:

Relay-Name.On (Off) closes (opens) a relay output (contact closure relay) for a defined time. Switching valves are also treated as contact closure relays.

Function:

The specified relay is opened or closed for a specified time in seconds. Relay-Name.On opens the relay upon completing a certain period (Duration), Relay-Name.Off closes the relay after completing the duration. If no duration is specified for Relay-Name.On (Off), the relay remains closed (open) until the next relay command is performed.

Parameter:

Duration

Closure or opening time in seconds [s] (optional).

 Note:

The RELAYNAME.Duration command switches the relay to the other state for the specified duration. Depending on the current state of the relay, this command may thus activate or deactivate the relay for a certain duration.

 Tip:

Relay On/Off duration for the same relay may not overlap.
