Integral Process Analytical System Control
Entering Timed Sample Preparation Commands
Timed commands are commands that are executed at specified times in the program. To add a timed sample preparation command to a program for an Integral system, use the SP Timed Sample Preparation Options page in the Program Wizard or Program (PGM) Editor.
On the SP Timed Sample Preparation Options page, select the command from the Function list, select the desired command parameters, and then enter the program execution time. The command will be executed at the specified time in the program.
Notes:
Timed sample preparation commands are not included in the group of sample preparation commands defined by BeginSPSamplePrep and EndSPSamplePrep and are not part of the functions performed during sample preparation overlap. For more information about grouped sample preparation commands, see Entering Sample Preparation Commands.
Sample preparation overlap for the next sample will not begin until all timed sample preparation commands for the current sample are executed.
The Dilute, Load, and Delay (DelaySP) commands cannot be assigned program execution times. These commands are only available as steps in the group of sample preparation commands defined by BeginSPSamplePrep and EndSPSamplePrep.
