The Peak Ratio Mean Value column indicates the (baseline-corrected) ratio mean value. The ratio value is the quotient from the (baseline-corrected) signal value of the current and the next channel. With the baseline subtraction, the signal value of the baseline below the peak is subtracted from the absolute signal value of the measuring signal.

 Note:

Due to the poorer signal-to-noise ratio, the calculation of the ratio mean value is less exact on the peak margins. Using the detection Peak Purity Threshold parameter, the ratio calculation can be limited to a sensible peak height in the  QNT Editor.

The deviation of the single-ratio values reduced to a mean value can also be included in the report as the Relative Standard Deviation (RSD Peak Ratio).
