This control displays the actual sample position on the Rack during a running Batch. Different colors are used for Standard and Unknown samples:

The active sample is in indicated by a white rim around a green arrow. Diagonal shading indicates that a sample has already been processed. A larger version of the control also indicates the sample positions as well. For example:
