Online Mass Spectra Plot (Panel)

This control displays a Mass Spectrum on a control panel.

On the mass spectra plot, open the context menu:

To define the MS filter settings to be displayed via the Positive Polarity, Negative Polarity, or Any Polarity option.
To define whether the mass spectrum shall be displayed with absolute units (in [counts]) or relatively to the Base Peak (in [%]) via Absolute Units or Relative Units.
To autoscale the respective axis to the current mass spectrum by means of the Autoscale Mass Axis or Autoscale Response Axis commands.
To define different properties such as scaling, representation, mass filter, or others via the Spectra Decorations command. (You may also double-click the mass spectra plot to open the Mass Spectra Decorations dialog box.)

Move the mouse pointer across the online mass spectra plot to display the active mouse coordinates on the status bar.
