Dual Operation

This is an instrument configuration consisting of one GC which is shared between two timebases, allowing you to run two sequences in parallel. This means, a set of inlets, columns and/or detectors is configured on one timebase and another set of inlets, columns and/or detectors is configured on another timebase. Either different or the same autosampler types can be used on each timebase. This type of configuration can also be used for autosamplers supporting Gemini mode.
