Use this cable only if the gas chromatograph is controlled via an interface card (Agilent part no. 19254A-001). If the GC is controlled via a combined HP-IB/RS-232 interface card, also called DICE (Agilent part no. 19257), use a Merck Hitachi Cable.

Tip:
If the corresponding Agilent connecting cable is available (Agilent part no. 19242-60500), modify the cable as required by replacing the 25-pin male connector with a 9-pin or 25-pin female connector.
