Tray file name:

Click the arrow and select a tray file from the drop-down list. The list includs all tray files (maximum 9 characters) that are available in the Chromel\Bin directory. If the tray file is located in a different directory, type the entire path.

Syringe Volume:

Enter the syringe volume (in [µl]) or click the arrow and select an entry from the drop-down list. The Gilson software checks and corrects the entry if necessary. If you select a syringe volume from the list the appropriate maximum syringe speed is set automatically.

Max. Syringe Speed:

Enter the maximum speed of your syringe. The Gilson software checks and corrects the entry if necessary.

Loop Volume:

Type the injection loop volume of your injection loop or select an entry from the drop-down list.

Drain, Rinse, Injection Port:

Specify the positions of the drain container, waste container, and injection port in the related entry fields.
