Syringe

Determine the volume of the syringe installed in the Autosampler. In addition to the standard sizes (25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, and 4000 µl), you can also use non-standard size syringes.

• Select the installed syringe type or type it in the User defined syringe volume field.

 Notes:

You must select the configuration that was determined last on the autosampler's control panel.

For the Dionex GINA 50 autosampler, Dionex recommends only installing syringes with a nominal volume of 250 µl or 1000 µl. If syringes with larger or smaller volumes are installed, Dionex cannot guarantee the reproducibility stated in the instrument specifications.

Click Set to actual device configuration to automatically set the configuration to the settings communicated by the instrument. This is possible only if the autosampler is connected to Chromeleon via the Connect command (see the General tab page)!

If the autosampler cannot be connected at the moment, enter the settings manually.
