Configuring the Chromeleon Server
Installing a Sharable Device

For PC plug-in cards, turn off the PC, open the cover, and select an appropriate slot. Configure the PC card as described in the operating instructions and insert it in the PC.

Start the Server Configuration program, select and initialize the required Sharable Device, as described in its operating instructions. For more information, refer to Hardware Installation:

 Installing the Dionex 16-fold Relay Card

 Tip:

Allow sufficient clearance between the A/D converter card and the PC cards, as PC cards radiate strong electromagnetic fields due to high-frequency digital currents.
