Chromeleon Xpress: Developing an Application (Overview)
You can use any of the following approaches to develop a chromatography application with Chromeleon Xpress:
Use the Application Wizard. With the wizard, you can choose a predefined application template or use the Virtual Column Separation Simulator to develop a new application. When you are finished, the Application Wizard creates a Program and (optionally) a Sequence. You can then test the application by running a sample. If the desired results are not achieved, modify the program and rerun the sample as needed.
Use the Program Wizard to create a program and then run a test sample. Modify the program and rerun the sample as needed to achieve the desired results.
Use direct control to manually develop an application. Select the desired instrument settings and then manually run a sample to test the selections. If the desired results are not achieved, modify the settings and rerun the sample as needed. After manually developing the application, create a program and sequence.
