To use the settings from other CmUser databases, you can import Privilege Groups. However, these settings must have been exported in the CmUser backup format before.
Importing Privilege Groups
Select Import on the File menu.
The Open dialog box is opened. Navigate to the appropriate directory, and then select a CmUser backup file (*.cmu). Click Open to open the file.
In the Import dialog box, click the Privilege Group(s) to be imported.
You can select all existing Privilege Groups (Select All), no Privilege Groups (Select None), or only those Privilege Groups that have not been selected yet (Invert Selection).
Click Import to import the selected Privilege Groups.
Exporting Privilege Groups
Select Export on the File menu. Select the Privilege Group(s) to be exported from the list.
You can select all existing Privilege Groups (Select All), no Privilege Groups (Select None), or only those Privilege Groups that have not been selected yet (Invert Selection).
In the File Name field, enter the name and path for the CmUser backup file. Click the '…' button to enter the correct path.
Click Export to export the selected Privilege Groups.
