Note:
As described in the instrument's manual, negative pressure readings are possible for the sample loop pressure (LoopPressure property).
Tip:
Make sure that filled vials are available on the positions defined in the sequence. Since the autosampler does not recognize if the vials are empty or missing, injections are performed from empty positions, also.
