Server:

Select the name of the server on which the SQL database is located. If the name is not listed, enter the name via the keyboard.

Login ID:

The name of the logged in user is automatically entered as login ID.

Password:

Enter the password required for accessing the SQL database.

Database:

Use the drop-down list box to search for SQL databases.

Select the name of the SQL database.

Language:

Select the language for the ODBC dialog.

Application Name:

Accept the default Chromeleon setting.

WorkStation ID:

The computer name of your client PC is automatically entered as WorkStation ID.
