System Status Report (SSR)
The Chromeleon System Status Report (SSR) utility program provides a convenient way to collect and package data that captures the status of a specific Chromeleon installation. The report that is created includes various sub-reports, depending on the user's selection, with the relevant diagnostic tests, performance data and audit trails.
You can save the finished report from the SSR program and email it (e.g., for documentation purposes) directly to Dionex Service, making it easy to quickly find and eliminate errors.
The results of the following reports or tests are available for a System Status Report:

Installation Qualification (IQ) |
Contains the data of the IQReport.log file from the IQ folder of the selected Chromeleon installation. |

Setup Log |
Contains the data of the CMSetup.log file from the IQ folder of the selected Chromeleon installation. |

Services and Driver List |
Creates a report of all installed Windows services and drivers. |
|
|
Event Log |
This report contains the Windows application and system event logs (AppEvent.Evt and SysEvent.Evt). To create this report, you need Administrators and Backup Operators privileges for Windows. |

|
Sequences and Directories |
Adds datasource sequences and directories selected by the user to the SSR directory. |

|
Server Configuration |
Contains the server configuration file (CmServer.cfg) and the Server Configuration History. The latter is automatically created in Chromeleon version 6.80 or later when the server configuration has changed. It is not identical to the Server Configuration Report of the System Status Report. Tip: Only saved configurations are used. Current server configurations that have not been saved are not included The report also contains the configuration data of specific installed device drivers. |

Generic Drivers |
Contains all specific generic drivers that are currently loaded by the respective server, excluding generic drivers that are part of the Chromeleon standard installation. |

|
Symbol Tables |
Saves the timebase symbol table in XML format. |
|
|
Audit Trails |
Contains the daily audit trails of all selected timebases. |
|
|
3rd Party Software Integration Logfiles |
Contains the log files from the installed Dionex Instrument Integration Driver or DCMSLink software. These log files are available only if the Dionex Instrument Integration license is selected. |

|
Database Installation Qualification (DBIQ) |
Performs database installation qualification for each selected datasource, or copies the most recent DBIQ report to the SSR report directory. |

|
Datasource Performance Qualification (DSPQ) |
Performs performance qualification for each selected datasource. The DSPQ report files are created in the DSPQ directory of the selected Chromeleon installation and copied to the directory of the current SSR run. |
To open the System Status Report Utility
The System Status Report is part of the default installation for Chromeleon 6.80 and higher. It can be found in the Chromeleon program directory or the Windows Start Menu.
