Diagnostics

The Diagnostics feature provides several diagnostic tests for the modules of the UltiMate 3000 system, allowing you to check the operability of certain components of a module. This may be useful, for example, during failure analysis, or as a preventive measure, e.g., for preventing leakage after a column was exchanged or during regular maintenance works.

To see the list of available diagnostic tests for the current timebase, open and connect a control panel to your timebase. Open the Control menu and select Diagnostics. The Diagnostics dialog box lists all diagnostic tests that are available for the current timebase. It also shows details about the individual tests, such as the duration and required materials.

Alternatively, you can add a programmable Timebase Command button to your control panel to open a specific test. When a test is selected, predefined panels will guide you through the test procedure.
