Installing the Pump Control Card

 Tips:  

Due to its obsolete technology, the pump control card is no longer available from Dionex. However, pump control cards may still be used in the field. Therefore, refer to the installation instructions below if necessary.

This card is not supported under Windows Vista or later.

Using jumpers, the pump control card can be appropriately configured for each of the two pump types. For pump 1, use the JP3 pin field; for pump 2, use the JP 2 pin field; and for pump 3, use the JP4 pin field. Configure the pin field as follows:

Pump control via pulse width modulation is rare nowadays. That is why Chromeleon does not support this mode.
