Using the Administrator Help

The Chromeleon online Help consists of two sections:

• The Administrator Help section, which describes the different administration tools available for Chromeleon, is intended primarily for network administrators.

• The User Help section, which describes the fundamental features and operating procedures of Chromeleon, is intended primarily for users.

Some features are described in both the Administrator Help and the User Help. For example, although the network administrator is usually responsible for data handling, users should be acquainted with the fundamentals. And, while the components of a chromatography system are important to users, they are also relevant for the network administrator during installation of instruments in the Server Configuration program.
